Billing FAQ
How am I billed?
Plans are billed once a year in advance through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Your plan is active for 365 days from the date of payment. We do not auto-debit or auto-renew — you choose when to renew.
Is GST included?
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and the exact total is shown before you pay. You can add your GSTIN during checkout to receive a GST invoice.
Can I try before paying?
Yes. Every new store gets a 7-day free trial with no card required, so you can set up your catalog and test the platform before choosing a plan.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can stop using SellQuickly at any time; your plan stays active until its expiry date. Payments are non-refundable once made — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
